Meet Lynne
Hi, I'm Lynne, the person behind LaunchHR.
I've worked in HR for over 20 years, across a wide range of businesses and HR roles. Over that time, I've come to really enjoy the problem-solving side of HR. I like getting to grips with a situation, looking at it from all angles and finding solutions that move things forward.
I enjoy meeting people, getting to know how different businesses work and never really knowing what the next HR challenge will bring. No two businesses or situations are the same, which is one of the things I've always enjoyed about working in HR.
My experience has given me a broad understanding of HR, from everyday HR matters through to more complex situations and periods of change.

I am passionate about making HR support accessible and affordable for businesses.
Throughout my HR career, I've seen the difference that having someone to turn to can make when you're dealing with HR matters. Many small business owners are managing their HR responsibilities alongside everything else that comes with running a business. They don't necessarily need an HR department; they just need access to the right advice and support when they need it.
That's why I founded LaunchHR.
My aim is simple: to help you stay on top of your HR responsibilities, deal with issues when they arise and give you the confidence to make the right decisions, so you can focus on running and growing your business.

My approach is simple: clear, straightforward and tailored to your business.
I understand that HR can sometimes feel complex or overwhelming, which is why I focus on giving you advice that's easy to understand and act on. My role is to make things easier by explaining your options and helping you decide what to do next.
I believe HR should be focused on finding solutions that work in the real world. Every business is different, so I take the time to understand your people, challenges and priorities before recommending an approach.
I work closely with my clients, providing sound advice and a calm, measured approach when it matters most.

I am committed to maintaining professional standards, keeping up to date with employment legislation and providing businesses with confidence in the support they receive.
As a CIPD member and subscriber to CIPD HR-inform, I have access to trusted employment law guidance, HR resources and best practice information.
LaunchHR is also ICO registered and I hold Professional Indemnity Insurance, providing additional reassurance to businesses seeking HR support.
